- 9 oz Albanese 12 Flavor Gummi Bears
- 1/2 Lime
- 1-2 teaspoons Tajin Clásico Seasoning
Place gummy bears in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the bears, mixing with a spatula until each bear is fully coated.
Sprinkle half the Tajin seasoning over the bears and mix. Repeat with as much seasoning as you want to add, until each bear is evenly coated.
Place the gummy bears on a wire drying rack and let them sit at room temperature to dry for 1-2 hours.
Once fully dry, store the gummy bears in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
- Make sure no lime juice remains in the bowl before sprinkling the Tajin, otherwise the seasoning won't stick properly.
- Adjust the amount of Tajin added to your taste.
- The gummy bears are dry when the Tajin crust hardens slightly, and they are no longer sticky to the touch.
