Ingredients

  • 9 oz Albanese 12 Flavor Gummi Bears
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1-2 teaspoons Tajin Clásico Seasoning

Instructions

  • Place gummy bears in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  • Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the bears, mixing with a spatula until each bear is fully coated.
  • Sprinkle half the Tajin seasoning over the bears and mix. Repeat with as much seasoning as you want to add, until each bear is evenly coated.
  • Place the gummy bears on a wire drying rack and let them sit at room temperature to dry for 1-2 hours.
  • Once fully dry, store the gummy bears in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Notes

  • Make sure no lime juice remains in the bowl before sprinkling the Tajin, otherwise the seasoning won't stick properly.
  • Adjust the amount of Tajin added to your taste.
  • The gummy bears are dry when the Tajin crust hardens slightly, and they are no longer sticky to the touch.
